Happy Birthday Pam

PAM!!!

All though I am not sure what day ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANYWAY!! Here's a digital cake & presents - hope I get a good grade as a result - haha Hopefully my grade doesn't reflect the reality of the presents! ;-)

I hope you have a wonderful day, and I thank you for teaching us an overwhelming amount of technology in such a short time. I learned a lot, and the class has been enjoyable!

I turned 28 on June 14th. After class I went to Tucano's and had a wonderful lunch with my boyfriend. One Year older and Wiser too!

Picasa Collage

Even though the project for Power Point was mighty intimidating!
I have never even opened the program! BUT I decided to conquer it!
I am please to admit I set out on my journey, and came out on top!
Yahoo for figuring out how to use Power Point ...
matter of fact I really loved it.
I think that online scrap booking should be more like Power Point.

Even though it took A LOT OF TIME - I just loved it -

So thanks for making me get out of my comfort zone,
and introducing me to something I ended up loving!

Finally feeling a little relieved

I was able to do quite a bit of catching up this last weekend, and I really appreciate you allowing me some extra time to make up my work! I was able to get almost all of it caught up.

This picture is from May 22nd, my older sister went on her honeymoon for two weeks to Alaska and I watched her two girls for her for two weeks (pictured on the left Alex, Abby). My sister plans on moving to Alaska, and it was most likely the last weekend I would be spending with the girls. I used to live up in Idaho Falls, ID and I took my son and them up there to get to experience some of the FUN things Idaho falls has to offer. We stayed with some of my friends (who are more like family than friends anyway). We went to Yellowstone Bear World, and the kids got to see real live bears! Pictured are all the Kiddo's that went with us to Bear World. That is a moose in the background! All I can say is I was sure glad there was a fence between us and the moose.

Trying to Catch up

It seems as though it's in the fates for me to struggle in this class. I have just gotten my computer back and fixed (hopefully for the last time in a long time.)

Pam, I am so sorry that I have fallen behind. Sorry for the stress it's caused myself, and sorry that I have to pain you with my excuses. I know it is of no fault of my own that my computer crashed twice, but not being able to keep caught up frustrates me to no end. I wanted to say Thank You!!! For being kind, and allowing me to make up my work. I wanted you to know I will do my best to get all my work made up by the end of this week.

THANK YOU~!

Diving in

This is what makes my life worth living... my little goofball! May 13th way his last day of school, and the school brought in an exotic animal petting zoo for the kindergarten class. This is one of the many silly faces he was making at the different animals they brought in such as a hedgehog, skunk, fox, and tortise. What fun we had that day, and how sad and happy it is to think he will be moving into the 1st grade this coming August!

OverLoad

So these last couple of days have been extremely stressful with most of my classes being technology oriented, and the need of a computer vital to my success in these classes. Being the fact that my computer crashed the first day of class, and I am still waiting for my books from my online ordering & expedited shipping... They are still a few days out. I am hoping to have my computer issues resolved, and my books in by next week. I am doing my best to keep up, and do what I can without falling behind. I know I can do it ... I just may cry & feel completely overwhelmed along the way.

The 2nd first day of Class

This time around I am hoping to make it through the summer semester. I am hoping that I don't end up wanting to karate chop myself by the end of class for taking 12 credits in the first block, but sometimes you have to crazy things in order to succeed. I will be starting the Elementary Education program in the Fall, and I have to get all my prereq's done before I start in the program. I can't wait to be able to learn how to integrate using technology more into the classroom, and make it more child friendly.
